On November 30, 2013 the Missouri Star Quilt Company Iron Challenge was finished with my entry in their digital hands.
Completed first of four paper pieced blocks for the MSQC Iron Quilter. Very happy with flying geese points and choices in fabrics for primary and secondary designs within the block.
After signing up to participate in the Missouri Star Quilt Company (MSQC) Iron Quilter Challenge it was time at the designing table for a quilt design that would include all the fabrics in the pack. After a few days got the new design from notepad to computer to pattern templates.
Completed the four blocks and back to ironing board one more time for pressing.
Auditioning for binding and flange.
On the Statler Stitcher doing the longarm work. Using a design that mirrors a fabric design from the RJR fabric pack.
Completed challenge submission for Missouri Star Quilt Company Iron Quilter Challenge November 2013.
Spent time drawing up the label and getting it on fabric.
